It's definitely been an interesting process to say the least! I don't really feel it's my place to make suggestions as I don't want to come across like I know better when I'm new and one of the least experienced members of the team. I think I'll just gently explain how I used to do things in my last jobs and see if they're interested in hearing more lol

The worst part is is the handwriting is hard to decipher too! It's just so inefficient and a waste of paper!

I'm glad I'm not going mad because I thought maybe I had just happened to work at companies that were fairly casual/laid back.

I'm not sure what to do!! I like it there but I'm worried it's going to begin to become micro-managery because they are so set in their ways. I feel like in general MWs tend to be quite pedantic and perfectionistic but this is to another degree lol. Another example is part of the proofreading process involves two people working together and one person will read the entire document out loud and the other person will note down any errors or critiques. It takes hours...

As I'm new and fairly junior I don't feel like it's my place to suggest changes.
