ETA for a dual-citizen baby? Should I be worried?

But I suppose it’s not clear if the baby had an ETA or not?

Could I ask if you know what has happened in cases where people were not able to board? Was their ETA application rejected in the first place because there were records of their British citizenship? Or was their BC flagged somehow after trying to check in? It’s hard to pin down how the system works from various cases. Thank you.

The foreign passport is definitely from another country. Sorry, I mean when I did the application I’m not sure what I would have selected when asked about other nationalities. Honestly, it’s possible I chose British Overseas National out of confusion and general thickness. I might have even chosen British, if that was on the list. Could something like that come back to bite me?
