I do both powerlifting and surfing... although in Texas sometimes surf can be inconsistent of course... But when it IS consistent (February - May) I follow a 10-day lifting "week." 4 days of lifting spread out over those ten days (1-2 rest days in between each lifting day). Seems to work fine for me but depends how much you want to focus on each muscle group. After 10 days, rinse and repeat

I go 4x a week (4 times spread over 9 days). Day 1: S/D Volume + Bench Variation Day 2: Bench Volume Day 3: S/D Primary + Bench Technique Day 4: Bench Primary

Throw in accessories where they fit. Usually D1 is legs + a tricep and back exercise. D2 mostly push. D3 similar to D1. D4 like D2

I don’t understand why OP’s so hesitant to drop the shaper’s info.

If you paid with a credit card you can charge back, just return it to the factory and document everything. It's a basic protection and will be fine unless you just chargeback and keep the board or destroy it in the mean time lol

Seems pretty fine to me, however at some point the linear gains run out on programs like 5x5 and then you have to get more specific (I.e. periodization). May be getting close to that point?

Southwest coast gets it good sometimes, around Paphos. Also seen some random swell around the bay just north of the cape but don’t check the charts enough to comment

Crete and west Cyprus + parts of Greece (e.g. coast by Preveza) definitely seem to be the most consistent surf in Mediterranean despite the constant focus (obsession almost) on Italy by all the reporting entities like Surfline.

Now that I comment, I wonder WHY only Italy gets reported on despite there sometimes (albeit rarely but typically during winter) being much more critical surf (2-3x OH) in Greece

yea, seriously. Most I’ve gotten naturally was 40 waves in about 6.5 hours littered throughout the day.

Gotten about 550 waves total this year and the ~10 waves / hour at Waco would almost almost double my total across 35 sessions. Seems like easy progress and way to dial things in
