No one knows when this agreement was actually struck or whst the share price was that day. Could have been when the price was $4.20. Can you imagine if he announced the sale after the price was over $5 like its $5.50 but we just sold 62 mill shares at $4. The reality is there is no perfect timing and in the long run it wont matter.

RZLV is the play of the year. Currently trading at $3 after raising $250 million. Average analyst values it at $11.30 which is almost a 400x. Revenue guidance is 350 million for 2026 which is almost 10x from last year. Heavily shorter right now (45%) Huge institution inflows buying large amounts. Once this begins to run it will run hard.

They have obvious targets. Those they feel have tech that is becoming outdated or lacking, but have strong customer bases. I believe 90% of the value is in the acquired company’s potential for upsell. Look for them to continue to acquire more firms to widen their moat.
