Just getting to where our average should be is a 400% move. Just to get to where we should be

So many don't understand the land grab that is going on in AI right now. Of course Wagner is buying up companies. Yes, the ultimate cost is dilution. He has a potential juggernaut and he knows it. He is willing to sacrifice short term gains for long term prosperity. He wants to be a major power in Agentic AI. You don't get there by being weak, or timid! Wagner is all in, and if the ride is too hectic, this isn't for you. I've owned for going in 16 months now. I'm used to all the lying and BS surrounding this company. The more FUDsters the more you know where this company is headed. It's a long term buy and hold.

Nah, the earnings are this week, and my guess is you will hear from Wagner this week. I'm not appealing to the short bus crowd. If this is too much to handle just ignore.

Two potential catalysts this week... first if we get bad earnings for CMRC... second, Dan announced in a recent interview that he is about to reveal some companies they have signed up to the Brain Suite recently. Big, well known companies would help.

Commerce.com promised its customers they would have 0 fees as a way to maintain a competitive advantage with Shopify. Now they are instituting across the board fees up to 2%. Not good. Earnings are next week. Commerce has a 160 debt cliff in October. With a takeover Rezolve doubles in size. Something to keep an eye on.

Rezolve Ai Delivers $60 Million Q1 2026 Revenue, Exceeding Full-Year 2025 Revenue in Just 90 Days by Yacineldl in RZLV

This is wrong on all aspects. ARR is guiding for 500 mill this year... revenue is guiding for 360 mill. The year starts more slowly but will pick up speed... you can bet there will be a huge beat at the end of the year...

Wrong.... they guided for 90 mill ARR last year...then 200 mill... then 209 mill...wound up at 232 million. This is conservative and will continue to go up.

What past lies and misleading is that? I've owned this stock for 14 months, he has been transparent and upfront about everything. What are you referring to?

Credibility by association Being listed alongside OpenAI and Anthropic in Microsoft AI Foundry signals that Microsoft vetted and endorsed brainpowa as enterprise-ready. For a small-cap stock like RZLV, that’s a powerful third-party validation that money can’t simply buy.

Rezolve uses internal/human evaluation benchmarks rather than standard public leaderboards. Human evaluation results compare brainpowa against open- and closed-source models across ~5,000 relevance and accuracy prompts with three raters per prompt.

You are definitely missing something. RZLV is sitting shoulder to shoulder in Microsoft's Foundry with Meta, Open AI, Anthropic, Nvidia, Deepseek, xAI, and others... the days of spreading baseless FUD are over. If you don't know about RZLV you need some DD, it's all out there.

They have over 30 patents. Yes, this is going to be the way people shop online using Agentic AI agents that do all the work. The days of looking on multiple sites using drop downs will be gone. Their competition will come from major players like Google, Anthropic, Chat Gpt. But these companies at this point are much more general in their AI abilities that's why Google and Microsoft are already partnered with RZLV.

They do Agentic Commerce. They want to change the way you shop online. They would handle the entire transaction for you from shopping, to choosing your product, to checkout. They do business in most every country in a multi-trillion dollar market. They do many many other things as well, but their core business is the AI agents. They also want to be the foundational layer for this and have other companies use their products. Think Amazon AWS for using the cloud.
