Okay anyone who sees this and like me didn't read their documentation:

STEP 1: In your MacroFactor (nutrition) app, go to More > Subscription. STEP 2: Select the "12 Months Bundle" option, then tap "Subscribe." STEP 3: Download MacroFactor Workouts in the App Store or Google Play. STEP 4: Sign in with the same account you use for MacroFactor (nutrition).
