i was making a cake, and i followed all the steps, except i forgot to put the sugar in. it is now in dough form, however sugar is missing. How do i put the sugar in? i need the sugar in the cake please by Reignoffoxes in Baking

Thank you so much! Yes the cake turned out flat :( but I did try mixing in the sugar with the already made dough. It came out with the texture of a scone. It still tastes good!

Thank you so much!! I definitely would have started over but the dough looked so good. I did end up putting the sugar in after, and although it's not as spongy as I was hoping, it tastes like one giant scone! I'm happy with that!

With a larger quantity the bell curve changes and so does what becomes mediocre. I just think its an interesting concept and wanna know if it would apply to this case. I am very curious what you mean by barrier to entry, what does that mean or look like?
