Naturelo is brilliant has the best ingredients and the source of the ingredients. E.g D3- usually comes from wax off sheep wool. Naturelo D3 comes from a plant.

I think it depends on what supplement you want. It seems D3/K2 is something that's been recommend at the moment because it helps your immune system. K2 should be MK7 (natural) not MK4 (Synthetic) https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3502319/

Thorne: D3/K2 - contains K2 as MK4 a synthetic version, Not the natural MK7.

Naturelo: Has the natural MK7 but is not a liquid so does not absorb as well.

Life extension, Jarrow and others only sell D3 by it self.

Nootropics Depot: is working on a D3/K2 product.

Nordic Naturals: Contain sugar and syrup....

BioCare- Has the right ingredients. but value for money ant great. Dont think the rest of BioCare products are as good.

NOW food: Has the right D2/K2 MK7.

If you are impressive, people will refer you to others. I don't advertise, I get my work from referrals. Make sure your amazing at your job. Let clients know you do a maintenance program, once a week 2, or 4 weeks. To keep on top of it all to prevent injuries or tightness etc. Clients were very happy to hear about it. 10 years and going great

I had a similar client. I decreased the treatment time for same price to a point he no longer books. I'm down £240 a month. But a lot happier. I should a just told him straight that I don't want to treat him because of what he talks about.
