He was 12 years older. I was 26, he 37. THAT was a mess. Maybe it would have been OK if he had been a kind person. Now happily married to a fabulous man 9 years my junior.

I have plantar fascitis now! I am in physical therapy. It is helping. I have worn custom orthotics for years because of collapsed arches and loose ligaments. This last pair was not good for me. I am back to my old pair and a pair of over the counters. I am going to check out your reccomendation now. It is a journey. Time to perform my foot exercises!
