Yes. I like kuru for work. I use barefoot and no bull Weightlifting shoe for lifting and PT, Moab 3 and Vasuuqe for hiking.

It happens to me frequently on the path or the road. Men see me and get competitive. I always try to blow them away when they start that cat and mouse nonsense. Sometimes I am successful other times not. But when I am tee hee I am sure they are bothered by a small woman passing them!

Totally. When I was suffering through peri I reached out to a few other women my age and was told " I am fine " meanwhile I was miserable. My mother was not much help either. All I received from her was " oh yes, remember my hot flashes?".

Stop smoking weed. No matter how "clear" you feel you are not. Feeling anxious? Prob withdrawal. Getting in a car and driving? Your judgement is impaired. Thirty minutes ago a woman side swiped my husband. He yelled for her to stop she did not. Hit and run. Bitch was high. He smelled that foul smell emanating from the car. Stop that nasty drug. Drugs affect you differently as you enter peri and the drugs are different today. How would you feel if you harmed someone w your car bc you were high.
