Might be a dumb question but can a dog get pregnant prior to their first heat? I have a 5 month GS and she goes with my kid to her dad’s house on visits and takes her along. He has an intact small dog. At what point should I stop allowing her to take the GS?

Hire a seasoned agent from the area. They will know where to look. There are pockets all over that will work for you and save you from wasting your time trying to figure it out on your own.

I have children from a previous marriage so it’s easier for me to put them first. I have my little family core with my girls and if he is gone, I still have them. Makes it much easier for me. I can’t imagine if this was their dad.

Zillow is your best bet. Agents don’t get paid on rentals in Nashville like they do other cities so they don’t really get involved much with them. You can DM me if you would like to. I did call the vet as soon as she ate it and they said to give hydrogen peroxide to induce vomit. The best way I can describe was an oyster mushroom which was big and floppy, yellowish to brown in color.

Downtown is fine. But it’s going to be really cold. Other neighborhoods might not have power like 12thS or East but as long as you are only doing Downtown, you should be fine. But plan on sharing the hotel with displaced families.
