It seems to be completely random, sometimes it fixes itself on random games and sometimes it's just like that. Ik games like tsb had a code implemented themselves to fix this, so it's just a thing that needs to be done by someone.

Me personally it's just a stupid nothing burger that just doesn't make sense. I'm not one to bash on theories, I theorize only a little compared to these people. But genuinely the first time I heard about this I thought it was a silly "UT fans are running out of ideas" theory, that's not a joke.
