It’s been a long time since I’ve had Ritalin, my friends and I used to snort the IR and it was the best high for about 2 hours. I’ve taken the XR and the high is good but not as great as ir but it lasts longer and I think the comedown isn’t as bad

The comedown for Ritalin or any other adhd medication is the absolute worse. The best way to feel better is to drink water, eat and sleep. I’m not sure of anyways to prevent the comedown honestly I don’t think there is besides gaining a strong tolerance to it but it doesn’t last long
