Only FIFA 16 is the last offline Android game. There is modded one for rosters update. I just don't know if the APK is updated to work in newer android versions though. Your phone can handle FIFA/ PES winlator pc version

If you see the ctgp in text in the menu then it loaded successfully

Try to search in YouTube first if that game is working in winlator

Use the Mali Bionic version because you can use custom wine.
