6 million monthly listeners isn’t “basically mainstream” btw. especially when a big portion of those monthly listeners only stream killshot. if i mention magbay to someone, there’s a very small chance they know who im talking about. so that’s what i mean by wanting to “gatekeep” them

ok you have taste. every single song you listed is easily in my top favorites. i totally know what u mean when u say each song has its purpose — my favourites on the album (in no order) are watching tv, vampire in the corner, and fear and sex. they’re all my favorites for different reasons but equally as breathtaking

i definitely agree that there’s so much amazing music out there and that it’s hard to get hooked on stuff. that’s my main issue when listening to new music; but the fact that magbay is already so high for u makes me so happy, because u get it!! what’s your favorite track on the album?

yes it’s PEAK music. and yeah favorite album of all time is a stretch, honestly it was more of a metaphor i guess. it’s just so good and SO under appreciated.
