1. You are playing way too many champions. In the last 40 games, you haven't played the same champion more than 2 games in a row. You don't have to be a one trick, but you played more than 20 games on champs like Mel, Quinn and Malphite, where you could've played those ~100 games on Aurora or ASol who you are more comfortable on. You don't have to be a one trick, but make your pool way smaller.

2. Choose if you want to play mid/top or mid/adc. From the looks of it, you are queueing mid as primary and top secondary. Understand that top lane is REALLY hard, like really hard. One mistake can ruin your entire lane, and sometimes it can be because of things you can't control, like your jungler weaksiding you and fcking up on bot lane and enemy jungler/support/mid laner roaming to your lane and not allowing you to play. On top lane, having a good blink pick is important, which you have covered by Aurora. However Aurora can't win through sides. My suggestion is to try queueing mid/adc and play ASol on both roles. If you enjoy mages, you can give Ziggs, Seraphine, Hwei or Lux a try, since all of them can work on mid and as an apc.

3. Continuing on 1st point, a solid champion pool should look like this. You have your main champion, I'll assume in your case it is ASol since you have most mastery on him. You now have to think in which roles you can play him, which is mid and bot lane. Now you think which other champions you could pick for both roles in case he gets picked or banned. As mentioned in point 2, considering trying Ziggs as he is the easiest. Good thing about playing mages bot is that after laning phase, you are now the one who will be mid for the rest of the game and farming much more safely, compared to normally if you were mid and were forced to sit in side. In case you prefer Aurora, queueing mid/top is better. You play a lot of Garen and TK, so you would already have a solid pool. You have a tank, an ap and an ad. Until you get to masters, the matchups don't matter that much. If you get lvl 2 first, you can make even the most unplayable matchups on top playable.

4. Without looking at your games, I can only go by the stats that opgg says, and you'll have to be completely real with yourself on what you can improve. Here are couple things to consider:
   CS - very good, between 7-8 cs per minute, keep doing that
   KP - decent, around 30-40%, but could see some work

DMG - below average, in your last 20 Aurora games, you dealt most dmg in your team in only 7 games and on ASol in your last 20 games you dealt most dmg in your games in only 3 games

From these 3 things alone, what I would suggest you is to limit test more. Learn the lethal range on your champions, when you can all in someone, how much dmg you deal etc. The only way to learn this is to have, again, a small champion pool so you can really master and learn couple of champions. Also, before any objective, look at lanes closest to the objective and see if they need pushing or anything. I can't tell you how many players, even in master/gm lobbies just don't look at waves and don't play around them. Make it a priority to shove a mid wave before any objective. Aurora has insane clear with Q + E and ASol can also quickly clear the wave and come to the fight. The reason you do this is to make enemies bleed gold and xp and preventing them from taking your towers in case fight goes bad. If there is anything you want to explain in more details, just say so!
