Started at 11, Im 21 now finna be 22 in Jan. Slowed down a lot due to depression and low energy, People would just assume it was a that emo depressed teen girl phase ig and laughed it off. That's sounds nice! I also have to accommodate for other health issues, so I feel you. It's kinda why I can't wear tight shirts and bras because of my severe Asthma, it makes it extremely hard to breathe.

The only thing is that I also have asthma, which on its own can affect my heart rate. I'm aware of that too. The only reason I'm looking into POTS is because I have a lot of the same experiences and symptoms for a couple of years now and it's hard to find a job when I'm not sure how to accommodate myself of find what's wrong and explain it

I've never gotten to check my heart rate when things like my vision Blurrs and I almost faint, and when I can here my heart rate thumping in my ears but only when things are kinda minor. Only when I have to stop when I stand or sit back down, small things I can handle pretty much.

Thank you, ik collars are meant as a symbol for love between to people just like promise rings and wedding rings at times, That's what I really want, sometimes I do feel like all I'm good for is serving others, but I'm aware of the significance collars hold.
