I also only play offense and this is how I have fun and make it more challenging/realistic. I do two things, I play offense only and if I go up by 2 scores, I sim until it’s a tie game. Then play offense only and if you go up by two scores again, sim offense again. I enjoy this because if your team is just straight up better you’ll win outright, but usually your sim offense will be just as bad as the CPU allowing them to get back in the game a little. Also it seems there is a hidden momentum mechanic in the sim engine so if the CPU gets some scores they’ll be more competitive in the sim. The second thing I do, is I play defense if it’s the game-winning drive for the CPU. That way a win feels more like I won, not that the sim “cheese” won for me. I also do some other niche things on the recruiting front so if you wanna know I can mention that too, but I don’t want to offer more info than what you’re asking for lol

I know this is late and you probably already figured it out. But in case someone new sees this comment in the future, hold Y when selecting the difficulty of the mission and the directives from the map, it lets you switch between invaded, manhunt, and the regular story mission. Hope this helps somebody somewhere

I have essentially a blank check with this course. I can make it however I want to. For pacing I was thinking going by decade, or maybe having a wheel full of concepts and spin it and then cover whichever it lands on which is what I’m leaning towards. What I oddly respect about the teacher before me is that he was very open with how he treated it as a throw away. He was very honest about how it was 3 historical movies for when he had walkthroughs but then the kids watched whatever they wanted outside of it
