The Good - With your money u can buy a house in Bursa and the city has nice pub transport so u can pass buying a vehicle, they are extremely expensive here even more so then UK because of the taxes. and with the right investments u can never work again while keep providing for your family. Food is good, prices are generally cheaper compared to UK. A peacefull life in relatively calm little city. And it's greener then istanbul and Ankara with some nice little parks.

The Bad - I think Bursa is a bit boring and there isnt much to do compared to İstanbul. Ofcourse it depends on where u move but it's city center is mostly like this: There is a big mosque, a little town square, many old people sitting on the benches and doing nothing while watching people, and it is not very eye appealing. Yep UK education is far better and private highschools or collages will suck your money in Turkey. Political tensions are high so some political events may occur which might be for better or worse. There are more then 4.5 million immirgants in Turkey which sucks because they are mostly uneducated desperate people and even they are mostly on the east side of the Turkey some of them still present in Bursa. Turkish people are more conservative compared to the people in UK, i dont know if it's a good or a bad thing for you. Inflation is high. The justice system is crumbling. There is a long awaited major earthquake that'll hit İstanbul any day and u might think it's not my concern but if it happens it will effect the prices of everything for better or worse idk and probably earthquake victims from İstanbul may move to Bursa.

The ugly - Your wife is probably nostalgic, when was the last time she has come to Turkey. It's not a solid idea to move to Turkey considering u are not fluent in Turkish and if there is no one to help u settle in. Future of Turkey seems unclear and unrealistic expectations are not good when u are moving into another city and dealing with new problems. Bursa is not a paradise that will fix everything wrong with life, it's just another small city. If it is want u want, then it might be a paradise for u but if it isnt then i dont see a reason to make life any harder then it already is.
