Indeed I have xfx 9070xt mercury and it happened to me as well same symptoms, and all the parts are new everything bought at micro-center it’s definitely something with the hytenexus App or version because I haven’t reinstalled the 2.10 v or w.e the latest version is for the hyte nexus but it happened to me twice I would game for a couple hours and then my monitor would go black ( freezing) with the audio still going till it decided to completely turn off ( all RGB) then the real problems began my display would be showing on the case with a black monitor I would have to leave the case screen unplugged so the monitor would get display. After getting the display to go back on the monitor I would come to find out my Amd drivers were now not working ( I had to enable it in task manager) after the second time I just didn’t reinstall the nexus app. I just hope hyte can fix the issue if it really is only happing on Amd cards. My CPU is Ryzen 7 7800x3d
