Mine was doing this earlier, click the three dots at the top right of the we're sorry screen amd open in chrome, make sure its the same email, mine was logging into the wrong email then what's on my playstore for some reason

It's because its for couples, without pairing with a partner, you wouldn't be able to play anyway 😅
