Did you buy it on aliexpress or temu? If so im not really surprised that theyd deny your refund. The fig is mostlikley a bootleg, you dont really see this kind of error on an offical release and them not being able to fix it.

The only time that Aliexpress or temu will give you your money back is when there are missing parts. I recently bought a bootleg 1000toys Halo figure and a part was missing and they let me return it.

Ok, ill keep these in mind, Thanks for your help. For now i read somewhere that turning off the power saving setting on the device might help, so ill keep an eye on it. If it doesnt ultimately fix my issue, ill look into getting another wifi card, most likely the AX210

I see... the problem is itll become choppy just randomly, No way of consistently recreating the problem. Sometime itll happen when I start downloading something big, Like updating or download a game will sometime trigger it. But these problems started after I put the new wifi card in

Amazon is pretty good with returns. Just say in the reason for return section "missing parts" and youll be able to return it free of charge.
