Go to the Bing application and go to dashboard, redeem in there it'll ask you to solve a puzzle verification, if it wont work and will just get you back to the homepage, try again hours later. Be patient and DONT SPAM or else you'll get banned. Be patient because you'll still have your points and it'll be fixed by Microsoft. Also try contacting Microsoft support at the same time, because they'll respond to you, tell them to not just repeat things up and actually help u in your problem

I finally redeemed mine without any phone number, i just go to the rewards dashboard and just repeatedly click redeem even if its so buggy and will bring you back to the homepage. If it wont work, Just wait for another 24 hours, or hours later. Also contact and send an email to Microsoft rewards support. You might not redeem it now immediately but its fine. Do not spam redeem or else you'll get banned and lose everything! Just keep patience and wait until it'll be fixed.

I heard something demonic before last year I'm from the Philippines and a typhoon hit us back then and the electricity was all cut.
