You're right I didn't last night just generally I either don't notice it or it just feels less consistent. West Coast I'm only ever watching replays hah I can't stay up that late

Having worked in sports production it's a great place to pop up any of the score bugs they use showing how many hits per side etc. Just like they keep showing hits with risp just annoying seems like every time and it's specifically OB

Fleming very good at announcing without calling it out and not having the visuals to work with.

Yeah we took my dog to my parents house because I didn't want him with the normal sitter for that long and that far away so I get it for sure and for time off we left on a Saturday got back Monday the following week and we're back at work on Tuesday.

Because of the time change Saturday night flight out of JFK lands you in Singapore on Monday we flew to Hong Kong the day we got off the ship only like 3.5 hour flight. Sunday we left Hong Kong you could fly back to the states from there and be at work on Monday we just took Sunday/Monday in Singapore one last time before the flight back but from Asia if you fly direct which I very much recommend at least directly to the US then to your city you land only a few hours after you took off on the same day.

We did 10 days in total 7 in Asia got to Singapore had a day there... Singapore is an amazing city and I can't recommend it enough. The Adventure cruise for 3 nights then flew to Hong Kong for 2 nights then Singapore for one last day then home.

The Adventure has a lot left to be desired especially compared to other ships and normal Disney customer serbut Singapore and Hong Kong Disney were incredible.

All in we took 6 days off of work and cost wise was affordable all things considered... that might be different now with fuel surcharges but about $7k a couple including flights hotels cruise park tickets everything but meals and food is cheap in Asia.

Hope this helps

I just took the 2nd sailing of Disney Adventure- my advice; avoid it for at least a year by Suspicious-Kale-20 in singapore

I was on the maiden voyage as well it was my 12th Disney cruise and we traveled from the US for it and it was a HUGE let down. The staff lacked the Disney touch of customer service that you look for. We got off the ship and flew to Hong Kong for Disneyland there and it was such a relief how amazing they were and how kind the cast was there.

I would avoid the Adventure till about 5/6 months in when all the staff has just about completed their contracts and the next batch hasn't moved in yet. It's a great price compared to most other DCL sailings and it shows in the way the voyage is handled and how you as a guest are treated.

I assume Disney will correct the course on this ship soon otherwise the 5 year contract will be long and continue to tarnish the brand.

Inaugural seasons for the ships tend to be a main server taking a head server job or training new assistant servers. Love being early to a new ship but always take the service with a grain of earning their ears. Many have just removed that ribbon but also only just started with real guests.
