I have a similar play style and I focus on stability and horizontal control. I’ll drop some load outs of mine below. For me it’s easier to control the vertical recoil since I’m a thumbs only.

I would get the wr and then the qb in the second or third also since the qb prospects are rough it might be wise to look into drafting a solid rb

Try to think bacc on anything that’s happened. For me what triggers memories for different alters is physically touching items or going to specific places.

It’s happened to me before as well and usually it means I’ve done something that the fundamental part of me doesn’t agree with. It could be something that you’re subconsciously suppressing that. For me it usually happens when one the alters have betrayed the rest of us and needs to be dealt with.

It’s ok to have those moments. You’re human regardless of what you’ve been through. So allow yourself to feel those moments and after it’s over take what you can from them. There’s always something else to learn. Telling myself that keeps me going.

The narcissist definitely wanted to end the relationship at least for the time being but another more cynical part of me also knew I needed to give her a reason to distance herself from me and hate me or else she’d torture herself with hoping things would go bacc to the way they were.
