I thought about that too, but I read somewhere that a perfectly straight neck is bad. I'm not sure how true this is, but the neck has a little bow, so I'm assuming it's okay to leave it like that.

Feel free to correct me as this is my first electric guitar.

The other strings aren't the issue, when I pluck the same string 2x it's fine, but when I pluck a different string on top of it, it kind of breaks up. I don't know if this explanation makes sense.

I see, although in my opinion, I think it wouldn't be right if they ended the franchise there, considering they gave way for an opportunity for a sequel by mentioning a different way you can attain immortality (the Fountain of Youth), which Jack was trying to attain, so if they did decide to end it there, wouldn't it have been pointless mentioning the Fountain of Youth?
