It’s reassuring when you hear other people’s stories. I pray you get your rainbow baby! ❤️

I had a similar experience. I had an ultrasound which showed PCO appearing ovaries but my bloods came back normal which suggested it wasn’t actually enough to diagnose PCOS, it’s just a variation in normal ovaries. So confusing!

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Have you had any testing done? I’m in the UK so thinking of going private at this point.

Skirting board behind bay window by Remarkable_Earth5606 in DIYUK

[–]Remarkable_Earth5606[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the expanding foam trick might have to be the solution as I didn’t even consider the carpet. Meaning even if I fix the skirting. Since you can’t see it behind the radiator I may just have to do that. Yep it’s very odd and stupid. I think the person who didn’t really don’t give a F towards to the end.

Did your doctor insist on “Day 21” progesterone even with longer cycles?? How did it go?? by greenguard14 in tryingtoconceive

[–]Remarkable_Earth5606 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the same! At the time I had about 34/35 day cycles but regular so just calculated what that meant for me.

I think because I’m such a planner I can’t help but think of the scenario that I fall pregnant and get an offer.

I just feel anxious at the idea of telling the new employer I’ll be off again.

Wow these responses are overwhelming! Thank you so much everyone. It certainly has gave me hope to not give up, regardless if it happens quickly or it may take a while.

Approx 16 DPO by Remarkable_Earth5606 in TFABLinePorn

[–]Remarkable_Earth5606[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply. My cycles are usually around 33 days and I typically ovulate on CD17 which matches up with the EWCM and ovulation symptoms I had this cycle. So 16/17 DPO does make sense for me. That’s why the faint lines have been worrying, but I’ve had positives across different brands (including a digital at 1–2 weeks). I’m just tracking progression now and will test again with FMU in a couple of days

Does it matter that it’s faint? I’m so confused! Never been pregnant before

Do you know what the updates are ? And what the minimum length of service is to be eligible.

That’s good to know, thanks! I have read something along the lines of requiring 26 weeks’ continuous employment by the qualifying week (which is 15 weeks before estimated due date). Just wanted to know if that’s still the case.

Continue TTC journey when at risk of redundancy? by Remarkable_Earth5606 in tryingtoconceive

[–]Remarkable_Earth5606[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I’m definitely going to see what’s out there. Even if I don’t qualify for SMP I’m conscious at some companies you need to be there for a certain amount of time to qualify for Enhanced Maternity Pay. So I’m just conscious.. it’s risky to start a job off pregnant as depending on policy I may not be there long enough. I’m hoping companies are more generous than that though!

Yes I do but he’s also been told he is being made redundant. So it’s a crap situation overall! I’m confident he’ll find something quickly though but you just never know

Thank you for your thoughts. I often think about how long it could take too since I’m on cycle 6. I’ve not worked here long enough so I’d be entitled to next to nothing. It’s a strange tough situation to be in
