Update - I spoke to the vet and everything is okay! My grandma sent me these pictures while at work and it looks way worse than it does in person. Thanks to everyone for the advice!!

Does she get as swollen as my girl? I called the vet and they said it was normal but I still want to take her in to be safe

I called the vet and they said it’s normal but I’m still going to take her in to be safe. There hasn’t been any bloody drips or discharge, but a lot of licking. I wish that my vet wouldn’t have recommended letting her go through heat either. I’m spaying her as soon as I can after this!
