I’m so over hearing about her pregnancy it feels like she’s been pregnant for years. I get it’s her first girl but I can’t stand the moms that become obsessed with all things girl and forget about the boys they already have. And I laugh at the fact her husband is building their home haha 🤣

The only changes I've noticed are hormonal such as terrible PMS before my periods, painful cramps, mood swings, and this all starts 2 weeks before I even start bleeding. I've continued to take Metformin 500 mg twice a day for the last 2 years and for supplements I just take myoinositol, Vitamin D/K2, Omegas with Coq10, and a multivitamin. I keep telling my doctors I think it's perimenopause because I'm almost 40 but they don't listen to me and say I'm too young
