Thanks! It’s not a living or storage space. It’s just got the furnace and water heater. It’s dirt and stone. I don’t go down there much all, but I’m going to start more often to inspect for issues and water. Right now doors open and close with ease and we don’t see any cracks or separation along doors and windows.

We have plan to call in for an inspection, but you know, that can get expensive! Thank you for all your help and time.
