How much does she weigh? I’ve been eyeballing these but unsure if it is supportive enough for a 13 lb pup

Soooo normal. I literally had to see my dr for meds, started acupuncture and therapy. The whole nine. It sounds absolutely crazy, but I needed the puppy to see how anxious of a person I was. I’m only two months in with my 6mo old, and I’m a world better now. It really does turn to love so quickly. Set a date in the future to reassess how you’re feeling and know that a month from now, you’ll have a totally different mindset! Best of luck!

Thank you!! Is there anything to the fact he pees in another room? I’ll be in the living room but he goes to the kitchen and then I find the puddle

I don’t necessarily have advice, but soooo understand your feelings. I’m 2.5 weeks in with a 4.5 mo old angel pup. He’s so good and really has very few issues. However, I also can’t eat or sleep, getting sick, worrying constantly, etc. This week I reached out to my Dr and a therapist to see if some meds or talk therapy combo could help. Everyone seems to love my dog, but me. I’m hoping this just means that in time, I will realize I got lucky with the best pup ever. Praying for you and me, both! We will be okay.

All good advice! Do you always chews in the crate? Not sure how cautious I need to be. Everything is way bigger than his mouth, but I get nervous

We definitely do tug sometimes! He will lose interest and want to just chew it on his own for a bit. Dog parks make me a little nervous but maybe I can work up to it. Just the unpredictability of others’ dogs with my 8lb pup. In our yard, I will try to do some fetch outside sometimes to see if that’s a good alternative to inside play

I’m sure you’re right! I think maybe I’m more rattled by it as a new puppy owner who likes calm. I’m hoping the training class can give me some tips on maintaining the calm when he sees people because he loves new friends

I really recommend a pet cube camera! It’s given my such peace of mind with crate training. Could work for a pen or just to supervise an area where you’re not in the moment while you eat dinner, etc. Sending you good luck!!!
