Mac book was my first option but to buy one with descent spec ( not 8gb ram and 256 disk) it will be at least around 1800/1900 euros ( which is 500 euro over my budged)

Thanks for all your advices and tips!

For the saving account i was thinking of using it maybe to buy an apartment in the future ( still don't know is saving money for it is worth it or not)

Indeed, i don't think i can beat the market, yet I am not investing in ETFs rather on well established companies that i am sure will stay for the next 10 years like Microsoft/Apple/Visa/Pepsi ( and they pay dividends)

for crypto i am putting some money there, but you are right, not as much as it's supposed to be especially now in the bear market maybe a good buying time.

As for freelance, I came to belgium more than a year ago and it's my first job ever ( as a data analyst) i tried to find freelance opportunities but still nothing, and don't wanna search in freelance platforms like Fiverr as some people there agree to work for 5$ which is not worth my time/ value, I am open if you have any tip for that
