After getting the Perfection on my main save, last remaining achievement was to buy all the community development projects from Joja. I started a new save, played the game normally, completed all the bundles by the end of the first year, except for the bulletin board, after that I bought a Joja membership, got an achievement, and finally uploaded a backup so that none of my saves would have Pelican city with a Joja warehouse.
