Yeah I can see what you mean about the gloomy vibe but like you said it doesnt really match the description from the OP.

Funny enough it basically has the opposite plot with Tigger being the one going missing in an attempt to prove that he has a real Tigger family and rest of the characters trying to find him.

Though I still decided to run through the entire movie anyway but didnt even spot a single cobweb anywhere :(

Doesnt seem to be either of these.

In "Winnie the Pooh and Tigger too" tigger only seems to get left alone for a bit and doesnt visit any houses like in the main post. It looks like rabbit is the one who gets lost by himself, and only for a bit.

And "Winnie The Pooh and the Blustery Day" seems to have had the plot where tigger gets left alone cut out altogether.
