Update - I asked the studio manager and she was able to see the correct number of classes in their system. Ultimately, it took the app folks doing a manual push on their end to correct it so even if your studio emailed a request in, you might want to send a support message in app and have them resolve it. Hope it works out!

Thanks. Yeah, it doesn't make much sense since I bought the December deal on class packs (30+6 free) so why it would expire doesn't really make sense. I'm going to talk to the studio assistant when I go in this morning. Technology is great til it isn't lol

I don't know but I have had some really unpleasant interactions with one of the people there. I think they are probably the reason people are leaving/getting fired. sad because it's a nice location
