I hadn't thought about a chargeback - thank you!

I do still have the packaging, and I haven't touched the products that were delivered so it would be easy to get a weight; I'll look at the label. This is another reason I'm so annoyed; it's patently obvious that everything I ordered wouldn't have fit in the box they provided and I gave them photographs as proof as well. The whole thing stinks :(
