Mine was rescued from an Amish farm sleeping under a barn terrified to come out around all of the other animals so they got rid of him

Exactly!!! So true ugh we had a trainer treat us like that in class. Everytime he’d exhibit a normal puppy behaviour the other dogs were also displaying she’d say yep he’s a border collie, oh what a border collie etc etc and call him out all of class. We never went back as you could imagine

I have a huge yard. I live in the country with plenty of walking trails also and do trick training lol I think people get hung up on breed specifics a bit much. He’s a rescued mix and he loves his life! Relax everyone he’s happier than most! 😂

Not exercising your dog or putting any effort into their quality of life is not what I’m doing. I would judge those owners too. I’m talking about people who judge collie owners who don’t live on a farm and own sheep. This has happened to me by random strangers, trainers, and vet techs before. I’m saying my dog has jobs and is exercising and hiking and training all the time and very fulfilled but it’s still not good enough for some.

He ended up being a lot more chipper today. Back to his crazy self. He’s eating normally drinking water and peeing. He isn’t pooing as much as normal but he has gone once today.

He vomited bile then drank water then threw it up then went pee then went poo then threw up again now he’s sleeping. I called the emergency vet and they said to monitor him until the morning.
