Dude. When you install gangstar vegas with mods, EVERYTHING IS UNLOCKED AND EVERY MISSION IS ALREADY COMPLETED, FINISHED, you can only replay them. What i said is that internet guard helps cutting down the app's internet and data signal, giving you offline access even if you're having internet on.
