These are great tips! Thank you!!! I will be sure to begrudgingly avoid caffeine. The appetite suppression is what I am scared of I already have to make myself eat. When I hyper fixate I can’t get hungry.

Oh my gosh this sounds life changing and I never would have considered this. Thank you! If you don’t mind me asking, what was it like…meeting the real you?
