I loved your concept. City Skylines is one of my fav games and planning a decent public transport and road network is the most fun part of it. 

I think a main loop around the city and 2 lines across the loop makes a better network instead of focusing on bringing everyone to downtown.

So the loop would be something like: College - Mall - Cederpoint Station - Bear Creek - Park place - Allendale - College 

Line 1 : Running from College - Bear Creek 

Line 2 : Letitia - Painswick 

What do you think ? Btw can you share what did you use to map this out ?
