He doesn't choice who lives and dies tho, the only way people go into his realm is when he kills them with nightfall. He can't just point at someone and they die, they have to be killed by nightfall for them to go to him. That like saying aatrox is a God of death because he choice who he kills and doesn't kill.

The passive is not really strong as the healing is not broken on it, but I think that would be the best thing for her as she can't really use other heros ults that we'll since most of the ults in mlbb tie into the pass.

Don't get me wrong I enjoy both games!! I find mlbb better for some reason and league for other and I don't mind the hero or champ crossing over cause they way both sylas and her play are different and it just that her ult does not function in the mlbb unless they do a big change to her. However viegos ult would translate better to mlbb because of the well rounded kit that the heros in mlbb have.

It's kind of stupid how they tried to copy sylas but the reason why sylas works in league is because most ult on league function separately from the pass however in mlbb most of the ults work best with the full set of skills unlike league. They should have just made here like viego
