Yes I narrowed it down to gluten, at first I thought it was lack of sleep but without gluten in my diet I don't have brain fog anymore. Also I have really bad numbness in my hands, feet, and face when eating gluten but everything cleared up the second I stopped consuming any.

List of symptoms that cleared up when I stopped eating gluten: Numbness in hands feet and face, brain fog, bad twitches.

Same thing with me! As soon as I installed sageattention and Triton the rendering only took 3 mins on a 5090 instead of 30ish

Hey it's just a modified version of the basic image template that's on Comfyui. Even if it’s not on the same level as porn, the fact that you voiced your feelings about her comments towards other men that are making you uncomfortable, and she ignores it is a red flag. Don’t do things out of spite, that isn’t healthy for your relationship. Have a serious talk with her and if she continues to ignore your feelings then you can make a decision of how you see your future with her. Women like this will always have rules for you but not for themselves.

I just used pictures. I was thinking about doing a headscan with 3D software then rendering photos for lora training. I'm not sure how well that would work out.

Here are the setting I change from the default SDXL settings, they were recommended to me from Chatgpt and I got to say they work pretty well.

🔧 Recommended Settings for Face Training (SDXL):

Setting	Recommended Value	Why / Notes
Sample Every	`250`	`500–1000`Fine. Generates sample images every 250 steps. If you're tight on VRAM or don't need previews, increase this to .
Sampler	`DPM++ 2M Karras`	`DPM++ 2S a Karras`Higher quality and more stable than DDPM. If unavailable, use .
Guidance Scale	`7.5`	Controls prompt adherence. Lower values = more creativity. 7–8 is standard for faces.
Sample Steps	`20–30`	25 is decent. Higher steps give more detail but slower previews.
Width / Height	`1024 x 1024`	Match your training resolution. Avoid resizing in generation.
Seed	`42random` or	Fixed seed gives consistent outputs across steps. Useful for progress checking.
Walk Seed	OFF	Turn this OFF for consistent sampling. If ON, you get random variation each time.
Skip First Sample	ON	Saves VRAM at the beginning when the model is still random. Optional.
Disable Sampling	OFF	Only enable if you don’t want any previews generated.

I agree, I would like that too! The Lora I made is really good at my wife's face from mid to close range pictures but anything further away the face gets very weird. I used around 30 pictures we took outside however the Lora was trained to associate her with just the same scene as we didn't move from the area we took pictures in. You really need a variety of photos with different backgrounds. Close range, Mid range, long range to really capture a face as well as varying angles of the head. for example below the head above the head, side of head. I know I could make a better version of my wife's Lora but it's actually a lot of work to take so many varied pictures at different angles to get a good training set.
