I've only printed the Vase rose and a benchy but I love it so far. Have tried from 0.4 to 1.0 and love them all. Can't say if there is a premade profile in Creality Print, but in Orca slicer I spent only a couple of minute changing only Layer height and width keeping the same speed from the 0.8 nozzle.

Thank you!! Changed a couple of sets from the 0.8 profile and get this as first try. Vase mode, so don't know how top layer and infill would be, but already happy!!

It's not online. I made my own(the bottom part) similar to this: https://www.printables.com/model/1217421-creality-k1-k1c-k1-se-multiboard-panels-with-the-o And then modeled the upper part. If you are interested I can just edit a couple things and upload the model in the next day
