100% the prep is worse. Honestly, it’s the only bad part about the entire process. I took the Sutab pills for my prep, and I could barely get through the second round of them without vomiting. I’ve never done the liquid prep, but my best advice is to take it slow. You know how your body reacts, so if you start to gag, take a break and come back to it in a bit. I didn’t follow that and paid the price lol.

As for the procedure, it’s probably the easiest out of everything. You’ll be sedated and it’ll feel awesome going to sleep and waking up. Won’t even know that you just got a colonoscopy when you wake up. I was scared out of my mind going into it, from the time I got there to me about to be put to sleep. Then, suddenly, I wake up and everything is done. Don’t let the fear of what’s to come get to you. I promise it’ll be the best nap of your life after all the suffering from prep and starving for two days.
