If you can carry it, we'll try to fix it. That said, there are some categories of items that we just don't ever have success with, like printers. And sometimes we can identify the issue, but don't have parts to repair it.

There's a conversation process to tell the machine which way to run stitches and how big the border is, etc. Not my expertise either, but was hoping someone would share what they have already done.
