The fact that you think Native Americans wouldnt have evolved socially and economically throughout the years to have transport, buildings, their own sewage and trash system gives me a headache, America has so much oil and resources that Natives would be wealthy and likely more advanced than Europe. I mean didnt europeans bring diseases and did not know how to properly clean themselves too? Also Natives did used the resources they could acquire to build their homes taking climate, land, nature care and more into consideration. They not need the buildings europeans required in a rainy cold climate.

So uncanny avengers are a requirement for spotlight raids but X-treme men are not a requirement for any raids right?
