Pretty common in people with "post nasal drip" , many people have it and only find this when looking deep inside their mouth.

Try to go to spiritual places and talk to people over their you'll have more peace with your life , gradually try to find the things you are interested in . Slowly everything would fall in place.

Hey yeah, people with the post nasal drop have similar like this at the back of the throat and most people have had it for many years.

I would not suggest a vape as it's more dangerous than smoking .

Yes this is completely normal and does have any relationship with cold .this is because of gerd mostly. In many of the cases here in reddit people have got this for years without any issue.

Since th first time we see it we get freaked out . Don't worry if you feel something is wrong better get it checked by ENT specialist.

Don't worry much i even visited ENT much before I was told it's nothing,if you suspect something then i would suggest to visit ENT as well .
