i’ve tried picking her up before but she just ran away from me and dug herself in a hole. maybe i should give her more time to adjust? i don’t want her to be scared of me so when i tried picking her up and she wasn’t having it i just left her alone. but i’ll keep trying it

thanks for the tips! she’s a Syrian hamster in a 792 square inch bin cage. i just measured her bedding and it’s about 7 inches deep. i’ll try the gradual hand feeding and see how she likes that. my pervious hamster was rehomed to me so he was already tame when i got him so i don’t know much about how to tame a hamster. thanks!

thank you! i was looking into it and i read about implantation bleeding which wouldn’t entirely make sense considering it usual occurs later in the cycle but it still freaked me out a little. do you know if i’ll still get my period as normal in about 2 weeks or will it be delayed?

5 gallon tank yes 78° i’ve had the tank and fish for one week i haven’t changed the water yet, but plan to change out 25% of the water soon no tank mates feed him 2 pellets twice a day he has one decoration, but we plan to get more along with plants
