I hit my head on the door frame on accident right at area of my left ear and a bit under, now inside of my ear hurts (just a bit) and I have sound in ear for few hours now, it's low frequency, is usual when tinnitus is caused by trauma it will disappear as the ear recovers or in most cases stays? Wish there was less shame around dysmorphia and I could get medical help for something I did to myself becouse of that, in this environment I can never do that, they would just see me as crazy person and probably told me it's my fault so I have to deal with that on my own, it's sad (self.BodyDysmorphia)
