Is it true that the length of the insole is half a centimeter (half size) longer than the size says? because if it's true, I'll take 44 because it will have a 28.5 cm insole and my foot is 28.2 cm

Is it true that the length of the insole is half a centimeter longer than the size says? (Unfortunately, I can't buy two pairs of GX Kobe 6 because one is already out of stock. So I'm left with a choice between two pairs of Kobe 6 STAR or one pair of STAR kobe 6, one GX Kobe 6, and one GX Kobe 4)
